All that tweet - Talking about English name...
Talking about English name... I can't say I never feel like to have one... the pt is I never really able to pick one...
My cousin picked one for me when I was in primary school. Lewis... but I didn't really use it. Maybe only my cousin and sisters ever know.
They should have forgotten about it 90 years ago. However, it did make me always wanna find one I can relate to my Chinese name...
Of course, you wanna pick one, so you always start off after the name of your heroes. First, Penny Hardaway... I thought about Anfernee...
but it doesnt relate to my Chinese name. Penny? it's too girly is it? however I was called Penny in high school among peers
Purely because my ICQ name is Penny Hardaway... it's never official and I didn't use it in my English class either.
and I am never afraid to tell gweilo to remember my Chinese name. it turned out my uni roommate called me Yick instead of Hong...
The other one is of coz Lars Ricken. You know cantonese then you know I will never call myself Lars... pretty obvious.
I know someone use Ricken as his English name. but I don't feel like using a surname, however.
John Entwistle? Using John in hk is like telling ppl you randomly come up with it only when ur teacher asked u for an English name.
the closest one is Liam. of course, Gallagher. Oh wait, it means William and I dont feel like I'm called William. I just can't connect to it
Yes. Fucking picky Virgo. and I don't believe in astrology. anyway... I thought about Dylan, Bowie or Iggy... all failed certain criteria...
But I do have a back up one now. Lou. Lou for Lou Reed. and Lou for Lou Dorchen from Hot tub time machine. Remember who he is?
Yes, the fucker in the movie. and I adore him. anyway, Lou for Louis, and I can relate it to my Chinese name... so it maybe a good one
So, maybe I'll be known as Lou or Louis someday. maybe not and become John eventually lol. Anyway, I'm now still Hong from Hong Kong. =]

樂隊成員 之 一
有一些樂隊，無論是不是他們的樂迷，都會對每一成員有一定認識，知道每一個成員對樂隊的音樂特點有著怎樣的貢獻。有一些樂隊，也有著一、兩個成員特別受歡迎，但他們的樂迷總也會對每個人有一定的了解。有一些樂隊，則連他們的樂迷也只是僅僅能夠說出他們每一個成員的名字，在其他人眼中不過是某某某 and friends。那就更不用說，有樂隊有些成員面目模糊得連他們的樂迷都不知那些傢伙是誰。
這當然跟他們的所謂樂迷是那一類型很有關係。如果你能夠吸引到大量的所謂「搖滾怪客」（Rock Geek）們成為樂迷，你甚至可以期待你都的唱片要錄音過程也會被廣為傳頌。如果你有夠好運身處這一類樂隊，也就只能恭喜你了，搖滾傳奇隨時就是你。
相反，如果吸引到的只是把你當成青春偶像去迷戀的那一類樂迷，這便有點文章要去做了。首先，你大概要先從外觀入手，找點門路去打破他們的第一道防線。外觀這回事當然沒有必勝法門，但倒有一個不敗鐵律：靚仔。
「車！」對對對對對，我也明白不是每個人也願意去當林峯，五官執好了還要chok過不停，就更不用說我們當中有些人是「醫返都哂藥費」喇。不過，不是靚仔不要緊，所謂情人眼裡出西施，重點是投其所好……怎麼講？你的樂迷是視覺系的，你不妨嘗試把做型甚得比你的隊友更浮誇更色彩斑爛；你們樂迷是喜歡「看起來很有才華類」（環顧香港的迷哥迷姐，始終是喜歡「看起來很有才華」比喜歡「有才華」的多，你認為方大同及周杰倫等會比較受歡迎還是三百磅目光呆濟油頭垢臉的音樂天才會比較受歡迎？會不會製作幾首簡單流行曲不重要，重點是大家都說你有才華。即使你有才華，如果不是看起來很有才華是不行的。所不要花時間去豐富自己，把重點放到形像塑造便行。才華是要懂得經營的，慎之戒之），你便把自己弄得好像很有才華、文質彬彬，說話是呆口呆臉懶正經便可。
但，有時也可反其道而行，固作與別不同。那時候用那招，就是功力所在。總而言之，記著一點：低調不中看的偶像在舞台上是注定沒有第二次機會的。（有些偶像也很低調？那還比較像以故作低調來行高調吧）
